The PTA meeting for SYJC Aided Commerce was conducted at 1:00 PM, and for SYJC Self-Finance (Commerce & Science) at 3:00 PM in their respective classrooms.

Agenda Highlights:

• Welcome address to parents and introduction of the agenda for A.Y. 2025–26.
• Selection of new PTA members for the academic year.
• Emphasis on 75% compulsory attendance in both terms.
• Discussion on discipline rules and regulations of the college.
• Reminder that wearing the uniform is compulsory from Day 1.

The PTA meeting for FYJC Commerce and Science was held on Saturday, 23rd August 2025, from 12:40 PM to 2:40 PM in the assigned classrooms. (Classrooms: XI-A Commerce – 305, XI-B – 306, XI-C – 403, XI-D – 408, XI-A Science – 704, XI-B Science – 705)

A special PTA meeting for FYJC students was scheduled on Saturday, 4th October 2025, from 3:00 PM to 4:20 PM in their respective classrooms.

Purpose of the Meeting:
To discuss the performance of students in the First Unit Test, address areas for academic improvement, and encourage greater cooperation between parents and teachers to ensure better results in upcoming examinations.
