Bachelors in Commerce (Accounting and Finance) is a course for people who are planning to have a long-term career in Accounting, Finance and Taxation. BAF is an undergraduate course and is definitely a strong base for commerce/finance careers. The industry also has been recognizing this course as a good undergraduate course. BAF is the introduction to the real finance and business world.
Our College started this programme in 2011, the main motive to introduce this course was to improve self-employment and provide advantage to the organizations by providing them with suitable trained persons in the field of Accounting & Finance by way of interaction, projects, internships, presentations, industrial visits, practical training, job orientation and placements.

Finance is one of the prime aspect for every individual as well an organization, not only the sources of finance are important but also its optimum utilization and planning is required to increase the profitability. At the same time accounting helps to maintain clear records of all financial transactions which help’s for smooth functioning of organization. A BAF student acquires specialized knowledge for the same and further the candidate can enhance their knowledge by pursuing M.COM in Finance or MBA in Finance and can also opt for CA (Chartered Accountant).
